At Steph Walden, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As many of our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you read our return policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging.

Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are handcrafted specifically for each customer. Therefore, made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In-Stock Items

Items that are available from stock may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions above.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
